La Villa Haussmann is responsible for processing your personal data.
This Privacy Policy describes our practices and policy regarding the collection, use and transfer of your personal data.
Given the importance we place on your trust, we are committed to respecting your privacy, in particular by ensuring that your personal data is protected in accordance with data protection regulations.
2. Collecting your personal data
We may collect personal data that you communicate directly to us as part of our contractual and pre-contractual relations (registration on forms, information communicated at reception or when you make a reservation, etc.).
We may also collect your technical data by recording your interaction with our services, for example using cookies on our website (such as the IP address of your computer or mobile device, connection dates, pages viewed, services booked, etc.).
Certain data may also be communicated to us by other persons (online booking sites, travel agencies, etc.) who provide us with contact and booking information on behalf of a customer, in which case we inform the person concerned of this collection.

We inform you that your requests to exercise your rights are processed by us for tracking and proof purposes and that we keep them for six (6) years.
We inform you that despite the exercise of your right of deletion, we may retain some of your data as evidence in the event of litigation or to meet our legal obligations.
10. Personal data security
We attach particular importance to the security of personal data.
We have implemented technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of personal data, to ensure data integrity and confidentiality and to protect it against malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
We carry out regular audits to check that data security rules are being properly applied at operational level.

GTC
PREAMBLE
These General Sales Conditions (GSC) apply to all services offered by La Villa Haussmann and govern the contractual relationship between SNC La Villa Haussmann (the “Professional”) and its customers (the “Consumer”). The terms “Professional” and “Consumer” are defined in the introductory article of the French Consumer Code.
These conditions and their appendices may include the following documents:
– Annexes to which they refer via hypertext links (e.g. price lists); – Internal regulations and safety instructions that may apply during the provision of the service (e.g. swimming pool internal regulations);
– Any estimate.
The GTC constitute the Contract between the Customer and La Villa Haussmann, irrespective of the reservation method used (directly, by telephone or e-mail, or via a platform or service provider).
All prices quoted in these terms and conditions are inclusive of all taxes (except tourist tax) and include service (where applicable).
When a Customer makes a reservation with La Villa Haussmann, he is contracting with SNC La Villa Haussmann, whose head office is located at 2431 route de Cagnes (06140 VENCE). The company is registered with the RCS under SIREN number 832 422 943, and its intracommunity VAT number is FR 58 832 422 943.
The services provided by SNC La Villa Haussmann will be performed in or from its premises, located at La Villa Haussmann, 132 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris.
In accordance with article L214-1 of the French Consumer Code, any sum paid in advance by the Customer is considered as a deposit and not as a down payment. This payment corresponds to the conclusion of the Contract.
Customers are reminded that, due to the nature of the services offered and in accordance with article L221-28 12 of the French Consumer Code, they may not exercise their right of withdrawal for the services mentioned below.
SERVICES AND CONTACT DETAILS
Villa Haussmann offers two main types of service:
– 4-star luxury hotel service and seminar room rental;
– Catering service including the restaurant open for lunch and its lounge bar, called N3.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
Check-in is possible from **3:00 p.m.**, and check-out by **12:00 p.m. (midday)**. In the event of early arrival, late arrival or late departure, the Customer must inform Reception as soon as possible. The staff will do their best to accommodate this request, without this constituting an obligation for La Villa Haussmann.
A late departure may result in a supplement equivalent to an additional night. In the event of early departure, La Villa Haussmann will charge 100% of the remaining stay.
To confirm a booking made under non-cancellable and non-refundable conditions, a deposit of 100% of the total cost of the stay will be required. For reservations made under other conditions, confirmation will be subject to a pre-authorization fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
Any outstanding balance (balance of the reservation and/or ancillary services used) must be paid no later than the time of departure.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the customer. Villa Haussmann will refund deposits only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
RATES
Room rates are per night. Breakfast is not included.
However, the following services are included: WI-FI, access to wellness facilities (swimming pool, fitness room and hammam).
Rates may vary according to hotel occupancy, size of facilities or room location. Room categories are as follows:
– Classic: €200 to €1,500
– Superior: €220 to €1,650
– Deluxe: €240 to €1,800
– Junior Suite: €300 to €2,550
– Suite: €400 to €3,750
These rates are given as an indication – the rate specified at the time of booking prevails.
A tourist tax (base 2022) of €2.88 per person (adult) per night applies to people over 18.
Rates for main services in addition to room reservation :
– Free access to swimming pool, fitness room and steam room.
– Extra bed: €65 per night.
As this service is subject to availability, the Customer must inform La Villa Haussmann of his wish for this supplement at the latest at the time of booking.
– Pet : €40 per night.
– Room service: please consult the map and timetable(see here).
A supplement of €6 per person will be charged for breakfast in the room.
– Laundry service : see price list(here).
– In-room massage: see price list(here).
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by : – Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – Bank transfer (charges to be borne by the customer) – Cash (within the limits of current regulations)
Guarantee policy: A pre-authorization may be required to guarantee your reservation. This sum is blocked on your account but not debited.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Villa Haussmann declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the customer’s personal belongings. A safe is provided in each room to secure valuables.
In the event of force majeure (strike, pandemic, bad weather, etc.), La Villa Haussmann reserves the right to postpone or cancel a reservation without compensation.
COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if no amicable solution can be found, the Customer may contact an independent mediator to resolve the dispute.
