Room service is available 24 hours a day. Details of extra services (room service, minibar, laundry) are displayed on posters or cards in the room.
What are the hotel's room/suite categories?
We offer Classic, Superior and Deluxe rooms.
For suites: Junior Suites, Suite Octavie and Suite Eugénie.
Do the rooms/suites have air conditioning?
All our rooms and suites are individually air-conditioned.

How do I get to the airport?
To Paris-Orly airport (25 km) – 30 min – cab fare €44. From Metro line 14 Saint Lazare – 45 min. To Paris-Roissy (30 km) – 45 min – cab fare 56 €.
Can I find a parking lot nearby?

Which metro station is closest to the hotel?
Miromesnil station is just 200 m from our establishment. It serves lines 9 and 13. Saint-Augustin station is 500 m away on line 9.
Which train stations are close to the hotel?
Gare Saint-Lazare (700 m) / Gare de Lyon (6 km) / Gare du Nord (3.3 km) / Gare de l’Est (3.5 km).
Is an airport/station shuttle service available?
No, but we can arrange a cab or advise you on subway routes.

What are the opening and closing times of the breakfast buffet?
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and until 10:30 a.m. at weekends.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is included, depending on the type of booking and current offers.
Is there a bar on site?
The N3 bar is located in the restaurant area. It is open from 7am to 10pm. Only drinks and room service menus are available.
What are Le N3's opening and closing times?
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. N3 does not provide evening service, except for afterworks.

What are the opening hours of the wellness area?
Opening hours are from 7am to 10pm.
Is the pool area supervised?
It is expressly stated that swimming is unsupervised and that minors may only swim under the supervision of a parent.

Is it compulsory to wear a swimsuit?
Appropriate, clean and hygienic clothing is mandatory for swimming: one-piece or two-piece swimsuit or swimming trunks.

The Villa Haussmann boasts beautiful daylight meeting spaces that will delight those who enjoy intimate gatherings. The 40 m² first floor room can accommodate up to 40 people. Modular, it offers a wide choice of layouts: pavé, U, theater, banquet, cocktail. The salon on the second floor is an elegant venue for smaller gatherings of 4 to 6 people.
How much is the tourist tax?
This amounts to €8.13 per person per day.
What languages are spoken at reception?
Our receptionists speak English, Spanish and Arabic.
